Since graduating magna cum laude from law school, Bri has continued to develop an entertainment and intellectual property law practice that had helped numerous musicians, artists, writers, chefs, and filmmakers.

Max Hass is an entertainment attorney and the founder of Action Potential Entertainment, LLC. He has worked with dozens of musicians in the New Orleans music community, as well as entrepreneurs, record labels, publishing companies, film productions, and visual artists. Max has developed and presented copyright workshops for musicians and visual artists and spoken on intellectual property and contract matters at NOVAC, Propeller, the Where Y’Art Gallery, and at conferences in Baton Rouge and Morgan City. He is currently a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
