From auditions to table reads, and even non-film related events from business meetings to baby showers, each room in our two story facility is available for rent.

ABOUT OUR SPACE:
Our Main Gallery** is furnished with two loungers, one conference table with four chairs, eight MAC desktop computer stations, and two SMART TVs.
*Extra folding chairs, tables and cleared main gallery are also available*
Our Kitchen** comes fully equipped for your cooking, serving and storage needs.
Kitchen set includes refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, and three large coffee carafes.
There is also silverware, one serving tray, two-tiered serving tray, two water vases, two cutting boards, and one pitcher.
**Kitchen available upon request. A separate cleaning fee may apply.**
Our Office is twenty square feet. It comes equipped with a desk and chair, two meeting chairs, and a full-wall chalkboard.

Facility Rental:
General Rate: $95 an hour
Member Rate: $80 an hour
Cleaning Fee: $50 (includes space + facilities manager)
Main Gallery Rental:
General Rate: $60 an hour
Member Rate: $50 an hour
Individual Room Rental:
General Rate: $45 an hour
Member Rate: $35 an hour
