DEVELOPMENT MANAGER JOB-AT-A-GLANCE:
The Fund Development Manager is a key member of the NOVAC team responsible for co-building an annual fund plan and executing all activities tied to that annual fund. This includes managing the grants calendar and writing all grants, developing a process for donor cultivation, managing sponsorships, overseeing the planning of a fundraising event, and developing systems to maximize fundraising capacity. The new Fund Development Manager will be a thought partner on building out an emerging department and advocating for the organization’s mission. The Fund Development Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, the Programming Team, the Communications Manager, and specialized consultants.
WHO SHOULD APPLY:
Resource mobilizers and fund development professionals with two to five years of fundraising experience and a background/ interest in film, storytelling, youth development and equity.
